Daniel Soucier

Dan first joined Diversified in 1988 balancing Client Funds and Bank Accounts while still in college. Today, Dan is CFO and while he wears many hats within the company, his chief responsibility is to manage all Financial, Legal and Corporate transactions.

During his years with Diversified Group, he has seen the role of a third party administrator (TPA) change from being known as just a payor to a true healthcare partner to clients. Dan sees this as a very positive trend because clients know they have someone on their side when it comes to cost control, transparency and helping plan members become more informed and involved in their healthcare.

I believe there is a general consensus that health insurance is confusing and costly for everyone.
