Diversified Administration Corporation (DAC) is the third party administration (TPA) division of the Diversified Group Family of Companies. DAC is responsible for all eligibility, adjudication, payments and customer service.

Members of our management team have an average tenure of 24 years and our staff has more than 17 years of experience with partially self-insured health plans. You simply cannot get this anywhere else. This in-depth knowledge allows DAC to offer a solid understanding of benefits, risk management, contract interpretation, implementation, enrollment, claims processing and exceptional customer service.

Customer service, paid claim accuracy and code review is the focus of every professional in our claims department. DAC averages a 99% paid claim accuracy. DAC’s internal audit programs ensure that only proper charges will be considered and paid.
