Claim Info DGB's Web-based Claim Info tool is a more intelligent approach to explaining your claim. Rather than just repeating the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you already receive in the mail, Online Claim Info strives to answer the questions you have about your EOB, and even offers ways to help you expedite your own claims. Rather than being forced to call DGB during our business hours, you can easily check the status of a claim, and get answers to questions at your convenience.

DGB’s online Claim Info tool allows you to review claim information from the last 6 months. You are provided with an overview of all claim activity including Claimant Name, Provider Name, Claim Number, Date of Service, Benefit Type, Claim Status, or Claim Amount for each claim. You may also view the detail for each claim in the overview.
Claim History Screen The claim history screen provides a complete list of claim activity from the last six months, sortable by any column. It also provides links to detailed information for each claim, and links to any pending letters. These pending letters may be printed out, completed and submitted to help expedite the payment of a claim. Claim Detail Screen The claim detail screen provides a comprehensive explanation of a claim. It includes an itemized list of services with the charge, COB amount, PPO discount, ineligible amount, deductible, copay amount, co-insurance amount, amount paid by plan, amount that is the patient's responsibility, and the procedure for each. It also provides definitions for each category of charge or deduction, and an easy to understand break down of exactly what (if anything) is still owed on the claim.
