DGB's Web-based Spending Accounts Overview provides a sophisticated way to keep track of your Spending Accounts, providing both an account overview, and detail of each transaction, cross referenced against your Medical Claims.

DGB’s online Spending Accounts Overview tool allows you to review account information for your Section 125 (Flexible Spending), Section 132 (Parking & Mass Transit) and HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) Accounts. You are provided with an overview of all available accounts, their balances, the annual pledge amount, contributions to date, payments made to date, as well as detailed information of account activity for each account.
Overview Screen The overview screen provides a summary of the different accounts and links to their detailed transaction history. The “Coverage Summaries” panel provides account balances, while the “Summaries of Account Activity” panel provides a bar chart for each account, showing pledge amounts for each account, contributions made to date, and payments made to date. Detail Screen The account detail screen provides a detailed transaction history for the fiscal year. The transactions are presented in ascending order by date, with total contribution and payment amounts to date. Each line item includes the date of transaction, the type of transaction, the account, a reference number (if applicable) which links to the corresponding claim information, a check number (if applicable), and the expense, contribution or payment amount.
